The keyhole angelfish, scientific name Centropyge Tibicen is a semi-aggressive fish.  Their minimum tank size is 80 gallons. Keyhole angelfish can grow up to 8” and can live up to 8 years. They are omnivores and should be fed frozen meaty foods such as brine and mysis shrimp and also different types of algae such as nori sheets and pellets. Keyhole angelfish should be kept singly as they will become territorial with other keyhole angelfish. Keyhole angelfish will fight with other angelfish that have similar appearance/shape. Multiple angelfish can be kept together but many factors will determine aggression levels; tank size, fish size, rock work, amount of food, other fish in the tank, and also the order the fish are added. Angelfish are not reef safe, they will eat coral polyps and they may also nip at sessile invertebrates such as clams. Keyhole angelfish will sleep in crevices in the rocks and will be swimming throughout the tank during the day. The keyhole angelfish is also referred to as the tibicen angelfish or the melas angelfish.
