Symbiotic Relationship

Pistol shrimps will pair with certain types of gobies. The shrimp is almost blind but it will dig a burrow while the fish will stand guard. The two will be close enough to touch each other most of the time and when the fish is frightened he will retreat to their burrow, alarming the shrimp and signaling to retreat as well.
